as per the topic says i have seen gameserver giveing control pannels like a website where we can start and stop the server but if i have a VPS can i make one?
i dont know HTML so i cant code one if anyone can help me giveing a fully coded one where i have to only put the server ip pass username and port and it works for itself on the VPS or giveing me a link form where i can learn makeing one will be most appreciated

You will have to configure it...install something like SSH2..etc
