Is it possible to put ur Y_ini stats on ur website just like how ppl do with Mysql?

I'm not exactly sure but If I were you I would use mysql since I am trying to put stats and stuff on a website

can you link y_ini stats 2 mysql? like instead of using mqsql drama can i just use yini and run it threw mysql?

Well if your server and website are hosted on the same computer/server you could make it work without mysql, not sure how tho but i seen it done.

I followed this tut a while back and have a working player signatures by just using the http function and files. Then after i got signatures working i made a server stats signature.
