Is there anyone willing to script for free? I have a hosted server with 20 slots... I you help me I'll make you owner with me... so anyone.

And who would script for powers? Pfft.
Scripting isin't a fast and simple thing to do, it takes time to script a GameMode. I don't think there is someone out there that is gonna help you.
