Creating Factions - xXRealLegitXx - 18.10.2012

Hey guys, scripter noob 1.0.1 back here asking how I can create factions. If anyone could tell me where I could obtain a code or if you have a code that would be great.

What i'm looking for
I'm looking for just a small command to put somewhere in my script (Please tell me where it goes, unless you link me to like a SA:MP wiki then that I know it will tell me where it goes) and I was hoping the command could be fore rcon Admins and the command being /createfaction <Faction Name> and then /editfaction <ID of Faction> addvehicle <Vehicle ID/Model> (Or delvehicle and all of that)
