setting PM - Brandlax - 16.10.2012

I use strtok for getting commands from user, and i was thinking that how can I make a /pm [id] [message] system? I already have it and I use strmid, which can cause letters to be cut down when the id is 2 digit or 3 digit. Please tell me an easy way for this.

Note: Please do not tell me to use anything other than strtok.
Note: No Dialog please
