How to use the 0.3e edit system? - RLGaming - 14.10.2012

I have a gate system which is pretty basic currently but whatever, how can I add in this 0.3e edit system like where you can move it with your mouse and stuff? I can work out the saving eventually.. lol and stuff, but how can I add this in? Thank you
