Hello, i have installed server to play GTA SA in LAN with my brother.
Is it posible to play regulary missions in LAN/Server? Like normal missions, peoples all around and stuff like that?

No.
Unless you make a SA:MP server exactly like GTA with a lot of NPC"s :P
