Save it in his User file (You will need to script some stuff).

i mean how can i make luxadmin FS remember the warns i gave to players so when he connects again his warns are remembered

for example i gave him 1 warning in that day
then he rejoined the other day and when i warn him again he will have 2 warns in total

Lol, just making a define won't save warnings.

You must execute it in any INI and then save.
