Some of those programs are created in Visual Basic 2008, and some are created in C++, it depends on who scripts them.

If you wish to download VB or C++, you can download it from microsoft.com.

Is what it says on the tin. 'Basic'.

But that's only to get the hang of, you can make a web browser and other shit in VB quite easily.
