Announce System For Rcon By DeTix [With Video] - DeTix - 09.10.2012

Here is announce system for rcon admins.
Its can be used on ppc trucking and more gamemodes.
Its a filterscript.
Its not allowed to edit it and paste it again.
Check the video to see how it work.
