Simple Welcome FS When Players Connect its Speach "WelCome"
How to Use That Very Easy
Frist Go In Game Then Type /rcon login { RCON PASS } then /rcon loadfs VOICEFS
Or Open Server.Cfg then Put In Filterscript VOICEFS
