Help - Dying before spawn. +rep - Thedya - 08.10.2012

Yeah guys.. Before spawning, we r hearing some 'Piccchuv' death voice and then charackter will spawn normally.

But we have some death system.. So it's really big problem for us.. How can i find this problem line and fix it, can anyone help me ?

After password- before spawn..
