Randomly spawn from nowhere after died/killed inside a vehicle - .v - 07.10.2012

I have a problem after getting killed/inside any vehicle. It spawn me somewhere randomly but I already set my OnPlayerSpawn in a right place and its working fine only when I died onfoot. So for short. If I died onfoot it spawn in a right place, but when I died inside a vehicle it spawn me nowhere.

Maybe on your Gamemode got some bugs, or you can get bugs also on installing many filterscripts.
