NPC Please Help - jakejohnsonusa - 07.10.2012

Ok so for the past week I have been looking for a train NPC to use in my server. I even tried using in-game NPC creators. Nothing's worked... I have found very little. Can someone please either create a standard train NPC or direct me to one?
