Weird because i have both files in pawno/includes folder.
I have dini and dutils.

Solutions?

It simply says it needs: "ldudb"
but you are saying that you got "I have dini and dutils."
So, now its common sense that you have to download ldudb

yes one time happened to me too.I just did that downloaded s seperate samp package and dowloaded that and put and compiled and it was successful

lol.. This may cause 2 reason
1 ) you dont have that include on your (Pawno/Includes) folder
2 ) You have that include but opening pawno from other place

Simply open the pawno from your server folder i mean dont open it from other place :
