We are trying to hide or remove that health and armor bar.. Can anyone help us ?

This is not possible as a script! This was not made by SA-MP but GTA: San Andreas game makers! You can disable hud at options (esc in-game). No way to script it.

you can hide it with a textdraw
i mean creating a textdraw on it
