Something wrong right ? that i am exceeding the object limit but i need these objects any suggestions ?

Not sure but this worked with me before, use CreateDynamicObject.

I think i exceeded the streamed object limit ? should i delete some ? or add another streamer plugin ?!

Check the include file for a object limit, though i can't remember it being so low`? I had around 12k objects without any warning.

Look at the first post i posted in this thread it is said (STATIC-NON STREAMED) so it is the objects non-streamed in the script
