Which game console is better XBOX OR PS3?

I prefer PS3 due to it' being a free service when it comes to Internet / Multiplayer. Graphics are amazing. The only reason why XBOX would be considered better would be due to there services never got hacked.

I love my Xbox, never owned a PS3 though so I am biased.

Also, there are at least 3 other threads asking this exact same thing already, you should use the search feature next time.

PC. Out of the 360 and PS3 I'd go with the Xbox based on the higher player count.

Xbox Graphics > PS3 Graphics.

I'd rather pay for a hack-free service with better services within it such as BBC iPlayer, NetFlix, *******, Sky TV, LoveFilm and such than have a shitty service with poor graphics that gets hacked.

I've owned just about every console to come out in the last 15 years from an Atari Jaguar to the Xbox 360 S.

Microsoft have never failed me.

Look at the video I posted, you won't get graphics like that on the XBox 360. Also, the XBox 360 has been hacked too, it didn't get into the media that much though. Mostly because Microsoft didn't spent much time on repairing the problem. Sony spend millions of dollars and a few months on improving their system, so it wouldn't happen again.

You mean "got hacked", it's only happened once, and I doubt it will ever happen again. We're not talking about the online services. Do some research, the PS3 is actually a more powerful gaming rig than the XBOX.

I completely agree with you.

PS3 is/and always will be more powerful then XBOX in my opinion.

And for the people who say that there are some graphical differences between the two, well there isn't any.
