Where would I want to post a forum guide? What would be the proper location?

It wouldn't involve any form of scripting in it.

That is the location however for "Scripting Help/Discussion/Tutorials". I'm not making anything regarding scripting. Anyone else's opinion?

It would be alittle bit useful. It would explain how some people make tables. New ways of quoting something if it's to large.
