Help with Camera - Compton - 05.10.2012

Hello, I dont really know how todo this at all, but im talking about the flying camera operator. I need this command to make like a camera that will slowly get closer to LS downtown from the air, so basiclly it should look like a zoom in onto the LS Downtown, I want to use this when the server will load for a player.

create yourself a jetpack and fly to it, something like that.
