MTA And Movable Gate Problem - Cookie. - 05.10.2012

I want to make a movable gate for my admin house,first i need to make a gate and then script it to be movable,but the problem is i downloaded the admin house and i cant open it in mta.I dont know where my gate will be because i need the admin house to appear in map editor first.Is there any way to open the script,because i added the house in my script already but idk how to open it in MTA
