I hate teamviewer support.
People need to learn to do things on their own. If youre not even able to do it with the help provided on the website or this forum, you also shouldnt run an own server, it will just be a big fail.

We are not like teachers, or even their parents to help them out in a simple work. They're 18+, and have to learn on their own

It's suggested to go that site, but of course you can check your router user manuals, if you can find something useful from them.
