If i want to post a part of a GameMode or something like that but it CANNOT be in the form of a FilterScript so which FORM should i post it in ? a GM ? a FS ? or what ?

I have a question about posting too. Where did that toolbar with center, color and other options go? Is it only for me or what? if I did bad thing, I'm sorry.
