My card is Nvidia geforce 210

First,try to reinstall your SAMP. If it doesn't work,then try to reinstall GTA-SA (BUT MAKE A BACKUP) or if you have CD , ... just install it again. Looks like it messes with the text (fonts) in SAMP.

Second image looks like more weird than first. Did you press F7? It changes chat texts, but not sure if like this. Do you have any normal mods / cleo 3 mods installed? If you have, please remove them. Also in GTA:SA user folder files you can try to remove gta_sa.set file.
