Open up your server.cfg file and add "rcon 0", and save it. This way you disable external rcon access.

You Need To Protect Your Server From hackers.
For that
1. Disable rcon .
2.Make Strong Rcon Password
3. Put Ip For Login in Irc . Eg: only from ur ip u can login in rcon , if anyone login from other ip auto ban.

No you don't. Your server won't boot up if you remove rcon_password. Just add rcon 0 below rcon_password.

Simply just change it or

to disable rcon after this the %s player wont be able or login and you can again enable it

Either /rcon banip the IP that is hacking your server, or make a really difficult rcon pass with like 20 characters, or just disable the rcon with ' rcon_password 0 ' so therefore no one will hack it.

Ban the user, disable RCON. Problem solved.
