Streamer Problem - Beljulji - 29.09.2012

i added Gagi house system and works good but i cant say anything in chat! idk why and when i run samp-server.exe it says that i need to update streamer and i done that but then i get runtime error so i need to change my GM but idk how i know basics but not all im looking for help +rep
