I try to connect to my server and it gets but when is someone she can connect normally! can someone help me?

This is your server?
You might:
-Have a bad ping.
-Be hosting this on your router

Ta face it hosted on my own network, if my ping is in the range 5-20
Now it only happens with me because I do not know; (

I have experienced this before, I simply just restart my computer and it's working fine for me, Try this.

The worst thing is that I already did it, only that it did not, my pc has 2 windows installed, I tried the 2 and still can not, (someone's aid ae?

Restart your router, if that doesn't work then sorry.

And btw, connecting to your own IP (network) is kind of wack since you're already connected to your own network. If that makes any sense.

- Try connecting to local host if it is possible.

If your connecting from the computer your hosting the server on, try putting in "localhost" as the IP and see if that works.
