Well, obviously because they are CnR servers. Though I've managed to create a new design myself which is hardly like the examples I gave.

The layouts of their websites have nothing to do with CnR, the only thing that makes it "CnR" is the banners that state that they are the websites for CnR servers.

If you replaced the banners with ones that said "cars for sale" then they would simply be websites with cars for sale that have nothing to do with CnR, the same way that if you found a website with a different layout (for example: the SA-MP website) and replaced their banner with a CnR banner, it would become a CnR website.

The layout has absolutely nothing to do with it.
