hello some time when a player jack my car then i got killed ... i dont know how ...
some problem when i fall form bike i died too...
Death reason
Died - Splat By (unknown).
its samp bug?

It's called "Ninja Jacking"

Yeah. It's often refer to as a 'ninja jack' in the roleplay community. If you enter from the passenger side of a vehicle, and hold a series of keys (which I won't exactly mention here), you'll hijack the driver and kill them.
This works in single player as well. I've yet to test this include myself to see if it works, but gamer931215 made an include which detects ninja jacking. An example of usage can be found in the thread itself.

I think it's a SAMP bug since it also happens sometimes when you climb a wall or anything.

That's not related to ninja jacking, and it's not a bug really (the ninja jacking), it's something you can even do in single player. It's a GTA problem, rather than a SAMP problem.

I doubt it, sometimes CJ would die while climbing a wall or a slope, all of these bugs come from single player.

Yes. There is a glitch where if you run at an object and grasp it quick enough, it will instantly kill the player.
I myself have experienced this multiple times on the corner stone at Pershing Square, and on the railing near Palomino. (On the bridge).
This obviously however has nothing to do with the 'ninja-jacking' glitch as Calgon stated.
