You almost always need to learn html before you think about js or PHP.

HTML is more easy than Javascript or PHP.Start with that.

PHP and javascript need html anyways in order to make a real use of it, so I guess youll have to start with that.

start with html, then php and then javascript.

It's just a markup language. You don't even need to learn it as long as you have a good editor.

To learn Java and PHP you need HTML, and HTML is realy easy and simple
