Honestly, I think they shouldn't have restrictions on the Server Advertisement, If theres a GOOD reason, please tell me

This may sound ironic as I just got infracted for it, but how fair would it be that someone spams the whole page with their OWN server? Others also have right to advertise and to not spam for a fair server competence. You should realize using your natural common sense that you're not mean to monopoly the section. Either way, if you're talking about the "7-rep-to-post", it's a good restriction because people would just create new accounts in order to advertise their server without having a punishment in their main account or register SIMPLY to advertise.
This will stay like this permanently and I can guarantee you that.

In the days without restrictions the board was flooded on a daily basis with servers that lasted not 3 days. I'm not even joking.
