Could I have one string for all formatted client messages?
PAWN is single-threaded, right? Would there be any problems with this?

i also use 1 string for all big dialogs. ^^

You can use global string

means just use "new string[128];" out of any callbacks, but it's not recommended, specialy for me I'm using local vars for everything, the global strings are buggy sometimes
