I need somone will map for me a Army HQ , With RP thang's of that , I need Island but if somone made in LS/LV that's ok also , In SF I dont need , thank's.

why not u try it by ur own,download MTA or some other map editor n make it

If your MTA Don't work, try this
SAMP Map editor
it's more better then MTA, becuase you can remove buildings but you must finde objects ID, I looking them here
