Hello,
Basically I want to make a samp server, but its not working for a reason lol,
I have a sky router
I have HP G5200UK
Would someone be able to do it for me on team viewer?

Umm.. Yeah! But better do PORT FORWADING, If you want to keep 24/7 Online you' will have to, Buy an HOST like other peoples doing, Or Open your Computer 24/7 Online,
Step 1 : Do Port Forwarding
Q:What is port forwading?
Port forwarding, also referred to as tunneling, is essentially the process of intercepting traffic bound for a certain IP/port combination and redirecting to a different IP and/or port. This redirection may be accomplished by an application running on the destination host, or it may be performed by intermediate hardware, like a router, proxy server or firewall.
-So this is called Port Forwarding.
Step 2: Download SA-MP Files FROM HERE
Step 3: Set it up Before starting, Goto server.cfg and change the line ( rcon changeme ) Change this to Anything ---changeme
Step 4: Find any gamemode from Sa-mp forum.
Step 5: After Adding GAMEMODE and all, Click on samp_server.exe And after clicking a Black Command prompt type box will appear, That will be your server console.

If you bought a host, do you still need to forward the port?

Your best bet is to go buy hosting if you are looking to open a serious server.

Now I found out what my problem is LOL, How do I add a gamemode to my server?

Go to your server.cfg,
search for gamemode0, do next to gamemode0 ( Like, gamemode0 WHATEVER)
Type what GM you have, for example, gamemode0 grandlarc 1
Always add 1 after your own GM, because 1 indicates yes, to load, and 0 indicates no, to NOT load
