Pickup HELP - leetboi - 22.09.2012

Hello all visitors, emm i want to make a pickup that never can be picked up, only when you come to him that you press F and choose which weapon you want,so if anyone can help me, i have a problem with this dialog and if someone has full script for me ty <3
