i had the same error before there is no way to fix it its really weird

Compile with 0.3e server includes.

Download the latest samp server files from www.sa-mp.com/download.php and then copy the includes from SAMP 0.3e and replace the includes that you have on your SERVER Files..

Make sure you have the latest includes on your pawno.

Thanks, although, I don't remember downgrading my SA:MP Include files...
