NPC spawning wrong. - Admigo - 18.09.2012

Heey all,

My npcs are spawning at the wrong place and they are not driving with the train.
How can i fix this or debug to see where is the problem?
OnPlayerSpawn i have detected the player name of the npcs.
I am using a dialog onplayerconnect.
