I just got a 2gb ram ubuntu vps.
What can i do with that (talking about samp hosting ofc) ?
I mean, how many slots, and can i host more than 1 server ?

Well For your First Question you can host a 100~300 slots .

Second Question if you ever hosted with any hosting company or a webhost company the only way you can manage your files is with the cpanel {The control panel you login when you get your info from your hoster}

but i would say it would be better for ya to use fille zilla to upload your files to your vps.

If you have a VPS, you can follow the guide they posted to get started.

if your looking for a control panel to manage a game server, i suggest you should of picked a game server provider instead of a VPS.
