fix /vlock you can do it once ur near or in the last car you were in

The commands so everyone can see.
/engine - Turns the vehicle's engine on.
/vlock - Locks the vehicle! (If in range or in a the car)
/lights - Turns on/off the Car lights
/trunk - Opens the trunk.
/hood - Opens the hood.

Anyways, simple but nice. Will be useful for some newbies.
