your missing audio.ini in your serverfiles i think

You proberly haven't added it to right server.cfg, i guess.

the audio plugin is built in to samp now change the forwards and functions to the new samp ones then delete the audio.dll

or the problem is in server.cfg or audio.ini missing i guess
