[Helo]Server dont respond[SOLEVED} - imnoob - 15.09.2012

Gamemode im using:Mine
What is the problem:My server is offline in my two ips here are pictures can some1 solve them pls in the black window look at the port what is that why saying that

Can you please type your includes here? You are missing some plugins or you haven't compiled your script or there is no FWRGP.amx at your gamemodes.
