installing server - darkpool - 15.09.2012
I bought a server and now its running.
Although, do I upload all the files on the FTP? Then it should be up and running? Or do I have to edit stuff in the .cfg file? Alls I did was change the port number to my servers.

You will need to upload all of your files to your server, including your plugins (If not already provided).
You then need to edit your .cfg file with the name of your Game Mode, Plugins and Filterscripts if any.
After editing your CFG file, reboot your server.

Now that I installed a game mode, it shows for gamemode as "Unknown"
This is correct though.... gamemode0 LSCRP 1

see if you have Linux Plugins (.so) also edit server.cfg plugins line

Make sure you have the streamer plugin installed.
Streamer.so for Linux or Streamer with no extension if your servers operating system is Windows.

Edit server.cfg and also gamecp things then just upload all Linux .so plugin and your server should work perfectly!

It turned out it is linux. How do I do all that .so things? Mind showing a tutorial?

Go to your server files folder, open up server.cfg and look for the plugins and filterscripts use.
Upload the filterscripts and plugins on the host.
Edit the server.cfg of the host (not the one that you have)

Yes, upload all the stuff like (plugins, gamemode, filterscript, scriptfiles and stuff)
Go to your server.cfg and make sure you have to right plugins as (.so, for a example Streamer.so)
