if u dont just download it .
next u need to know the ip/hostname and id and pass . fill the corect info and login.
if sucessful . u will see on lower right corner directory list will come of your vps ,
and on left ur pc's files will be displayed. chose the file right click on it and click upload.

Put your files on filezilla like that and then go to your hosting and link your filezilla that has the script files.

I can help you via Teamveiwer if you have it.
If the host is running on a Linux OS dont forget to replace all .dll plugins with .so 's
