MySQL Server Panel Not working saving.. - Sanady - 14.09.2012

Hello.Today I create Server Panel which you can control Server dynamicly.But.When I press enable it enabled but when I turn off server and start server again It`s not saving everything reset from server settings.Here is picture from PHPmyAdmin I think there is problem.




Please help me
