What you need to do what we could to open a server for 1000 slots?

You need atleast 450-500 players daily.

EDIT: To add-on: If you get atleast a full server atleast 1-2 days a week, then it'll be a defenite add-on but its hard to accomplish that unless your russian :P.

You wont get so much NGRP dont even reach so much only the russian servers
theres like a few of there 1000 Slot servers.

All I know is, Russian servers which named "Samp-rp.ru" has 8 servers, so this mean the server can accepts 8000 players in once, if you want me to see the best record, I saw the 8 servers are full. But I suggest you do not host over 100 slots server unless you've enough money to host it.

Agreed with him

Buying host with more than 100 slots don't give you players, You get players because of this...
1.) They love the server script
2.) They are not lagging (Server Host Lags)
3.) Server staff are not rude


Buying host with many slots is just a waste of money, unless you have a BIG COMMUNITY
