DrugSmuggler - GF compatible - SumX - 13.09.2012

At DiGiTaL_AnGeL's request in this topic - https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=376804 - I made him a DrugSmuggler for GF-EDIT.
This is a mini script description (I quote DiGiTaL_AnGeL) :

At Drugs Dealer Job(Job 4), You should add this system: You go to Dillimore to buy some plants for Weed planting (/buyseed). Location:  Then, You go at BlueBerry Acres Farm to plant them (/plantseed). After 15 minutes,the Weed is ready to collect it.
