Crash when is loading - GlockO - 12.09.2012

Hi!
When i enter in a server i get a crash.I reinstaled SA and SA-MP and the same problem.I deleted all data...need to me mentionated: singleplayer dosen't work either.

goto app data should be in c-users-yourname-appdata and find rockstar games folder and delete it.
