Hello,
There are atleast 100 skins from GTA SA, that are not added to SA-MP. Is it possible to add them in the future SA-MP versions. Is the SA-MP development team even thinking about adding new skins? I know some new ones were added in the last version, but there are a lot more. What do you think about this? There are very interesting skins that can really get into use.

They add new skins occasionally. 0.3d or e (can't remember) contained new ones.

35 = ingame
34 = ingame,
26 = ingame,
23 = ingame,
14 = ?? not sure, I thought it was,
I am not sure about the rest of them.

They arent available for a reason, as there are syncing problems with that skins, as mentioned occasionally when some new skins were added. Getting them in then is a lot of work to solve the issues, for the small reward of adding one skin to existing ~300. There are more important things to spent time on, so i guess they will just be added from time to time.
