Vehicles last only for 20 seconds.. - _Khaled_ - 09.09.2012

On my server
I use AddStaticVehicleEx..
But vehicles respawn to it's position after 20 seconds or something..

I want it to save it's position always, till any admin /rac (respawns all un- occupied cars)
