- Vehicle Automatic de-spawn if player leave vehicle.

This is me Rufat Kalashnikof aka 0utLaw_ i am russian so my english wont be so good.
This is my first gamemode thought that i must give it a try

Here i am its released now, if you have any problems or questions free feel to ask here or PM
There might be some of lots of bugs and i cant tell them because i dont know them yet, i have not found any while testing, if you find them. Please list them here.
You can re-release it whenever you want to but at least add me somewhere in credits

I Tried to make it as much as fun ) because i am new and have much to learn still. sorry if any mistakes.

Weapon Dialog box added for player, and forgot to add /unlock and /lock command, added it aslso.
